A lovely sunny Saturday in July …. and let’s face it, there haven’t been many of them this year … and a trip to Cragisde House in Northumberland.

The cloud formations were beautiful, the strawberry shortcake delicious and we even managed to get in a game of snooker … now you can’t do that in every National Trust place!!

.

You can gain entry to Cragside using your NT and NTS cards and don’t forget to bring your cards when you visit so that you can go to the magnificent Culzean Castle, Robert Burns Birthplace Museum and Threave Gardens which are all in the south west of Scotland.
